Stress is with us almost every day. Sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller. It could be even a good type of stress. Not long ago I had the best type of stress.

What is good in stress? you may ask.

A couple of months ago, the Daj Się Poznać contest has ended. On the final gala, i wanted to present my project and talk about my experiences and feelings.

I was well prepared. My agenda was ready from about a week. A couple of days before the gala I went out of town and made several attempts to my presentation. I recorded my talk, listen to it, improved and recorded it again.

I was prepared as never. But even though, when I was going to the gala I was nervous. What if everyone has a better presentation? What if my project is silly? What if, what then…

But suddenly I had that idea: stress is good! I like it because it means that something important is going on. Something that push me out of my comfort zone.

It’s easy to be overwhelmed by routine. Every day could seem just like the others: wake up, go to work, watch the tv, sleep. But if you feel stress I’m sure, that it’s something you’ll remember for a long time. Something meaningful. Something breaking the routine.

That’s why I like stress.

Because stress is your ally.
